Let’s face it! Preschoolers won’t always remain seated for an online video call no matter how entertaining their teachers are – I have witnessed it myself.

The real challenge is how to keep the whole home learning experience fun and natural for children five years old and younger.

In this video, we tried three ways to keep my daughter engage during the learning session using a traditional workbook, a computer and some practical learning application.

We started her homeschooling routine using Brain Quest Workbook Pre-K. I then taught my preschooler the basics to using a laptop computer and finally my four year old learned how to plant seeds in a pot.
