How I prepare for grocery shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic

I recorded this video during the first few weeks of the enhanced community quarantine or ECQ in Manila. It’s almost similar to a lockdown, but people were still allowed to leave home for the essentials only.

So, how do I manage our grocery shopping?

I am the ‘Homeliner’ in our household. I buy the grocery, clean the house and disinfect things. My new routine has been super exhausting for me, but here we are, already in the middle of 2020, still healthy and strong because of this simple grocery shopping technique that keeps us safe. And so far I have mastered my grocery shopping system in this time of the pandemic.
