Overnight pool party for a 5 year old

Can a haggard mom and a preschooler survive an overnight birthday pool party?

Let’s find out!

A pool party in Los Baños is similar to a barbecue party in a backyard ~~or at a park~~. If you want a comfortable stay, bringing everything like food, toiletries and clothes is a must!

We were about to take our dinner when I noticed Kerrigan’s tiny scratches on her toes. So, we persuaded her to agree on a few drops of an anti-septic. I swear she sounded like a crying puppy for awhile there!

At around 7, we took our heavy dinner saving the cake and the candles for the birthday “salubong”.

Since we only have a few hours to enjoy the pool, I had to find ways to keep myself awake. My daughter on the other hand, had no problems with staying up late. Thanks to my sister for this impromptu swimming lessons!
